Return & exchange policy
We are happy to offer a 1-day exchange policy for any damage or incorrect design received at the time of delivery, with proper uncut 360-degree opening video proof.
If the item is out of stock in our store, the customer can choose another product of the same value or adjust the amount with another order.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

2. Send the 360-degree uncut opening video to our given email.
3. Our team will check your email within 24 hours and contact you regarding the concern.
4. Our team will provide you with the return address to send back the wrong/defective product after verifying the uncut 360-degree video of your product.
Once the return package is received at our store, we will check the item/product. After that, the new product will be shipped to the customer's given address. If the item is out of stock at that time, the product amount will be refunded to the customer within 15 business days, or they can choose another product or adjust it with another order.
You can exchange an item purchased on www.jewelrybykajal.com for a defective item or if you received the wrong one. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please note: There is no refund/exchange due to lighting effects in photography.
To exchange an order, please send us an email at care@jewelrybykajal.com with your order number within 1 hour from the time the order is placed.
Please note: We only refund if the product is out of stock. In cases of defect/wrong product, we only exchange after receiving proper uncut 360-degree opening video proof.
